What We Do:
Your Marketing Muscle (YMM) acts like an extension of your marketing department to assist your organization achieve its critical business goals. We take the time to get to know your business, understand your goals and organizational realities. Once we assess your needs together, we provide candidate matching, usually within 48 hours. It allows your group to stop fighting fires and get to the business of growing your markets.
How are we different?
- YMM provides many benefits to adding your own headcount. Your needs may be temporary due to a staffing change or perhaps you need a specific expertise that is not required full time or permanently. Fulfilling your marketing requirements via a contract protects your organization in uncertain economic environments and enables your department to be nimble in times of change.
- YMM is not a consulting company. We don't have a specific methodology or a proprietary process when approaching a project. Each candidate placed will come with knowledge and experience, ready to work in your environment as a part of your organizational structure.
- YMM's sole focus is on finding exceptional, experienced employees who want to work on a contract or temporary basis. We are not a search firm that typically focuses on full-time, permanent employees.
Each contract marketer will be placed by YMM Principal, Piyali Cole, according to your needs. Piyali Cole has been marketing and developing products for over 20 years. With an MBA in Marketing from Kellogg Graduate School of Business, she brings a wealth of expertise and contacts. Her work experience has spanned large corporations to start-ups. Having managed multiple marketing teams, she can put her organizational experience to work for you.
